The noise from the ventilation fan outside the 5th floor was incredibly disruptive, resembling a washing machine!!! Also, the arrangement of the two beds felt cramped and could be an annoyance for taller guests!!! Additional pillows would have been appreciated!!!

But the staff was incredibly helpful, assisting with our room upgrade and luggage storage.

The breakfast buffet was convenient, especially on busy mornings. Additionally, the rooftop offered an impressive view of Tokyo Skytree at night. The location was ideal with numerous cafes and restaurants nearby, and the staff even assisted by holding a small parcel until my arrival.

Be cautious to book the correct hotel in the chain as names are similar.
